The app is signed and notarized by Apple. Open the DMG, drag the app to Applications, open it. macOS will ask for the camera; that is all it needs.
There is no Windows version and no date for one. If you want it, leave your email: the queue decides whether it gets made. The licence is per person, so it would be included.
